On boarding

Our onboarding process includes our due diligence questionnaire, services agreement and KYC.

We offer all services and are engaged by clients as an independent contractor under our services agreement.

We rely on the parent company D&O insurance, and it being adequate for the nominee director and public officer and related services being provided.

If third parties are recommended or engaged to provide company incorporation, corporate secretarial, tax or accounting compliance services, any such services are provided by third parties as independent contractors. AA Pointer Consulting is not an agent, employee or representative of any such firms or businesses. AA Pointer Consulting does not receive any commission or referral fees from recommended third parties.

We may outsource KYC and rely on a third party to provide adequate KYC on all and any clients.
