About Andrew Pointer
30 years’ experience as executive and non-exec global business director, board member, nominee director and public officer of global companies Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries, former commercial and managed funds lawyer (9 years). Worked in Melbourne, Sydney, USA (New York/Texas) and Hong Kong.
Directorships include high tech, renewable energy, employment/HR, enterprise software, cosmetic injectable, payments software, AI/medical software, research companies, global corporate administrators, law and accounting firms.
Currently provides nominee director and public officer services to Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries of global companies listed and non-listed based in the USA, England, Netherlands, Sweden, Luxembourg, Singapore, and Germany.
Former executive or non-exec director variously in financial services at Deloitte, global director of leading corporate administrators TMF Group and Vistra, Huntley Group CEO, investment and trade consultant and employee for the NSW and Victorian Governments, managed funds and commercial lawyer 9 years (including leading firms Minter Ellison and Corrs Chambers Westgarth).
Graduated in 1988 from the University of Melbourne, Law and Arts (Hons) Degrees.
